It's Friday again and time to participate in Show & Tell. Go over to Kelli's and find out all about it and sign up on Mr. Linky. Then visit all the Show & Tell participants and see the lovely things that will be shown.

Today I have chosen to show you part of my mug collection.
Top shelf left to right:
The first two mugs are Toby Mugs given to me in 1977 by my daughter, Suzette.
The Jimmy Mug, Jimmy Carter, also a gift from Suzette.
Our Joyce Crest Mug that we purchased in Nova Scotia.
A mug from Pella, Iowa where we attended the Pella Tulip Festival.
A brass mug is a gift from friends about 28 years ago.
Last on this shelf is a Jerusalem mug, a gift from a previous beloved Pastor and his wife when they visited the Holy Land.
Second shelf.
Fruit bowl that I showed on a previous Show & Tell.
Two beautiful blue mugs reading Mom & Dad another gift from Suzette.
Between the Mom & Dad mugs is a Germany Mug brought back to me by a friend who visited there with her husband.

(left to right)
Beer Stein, a gift from our daughter, Jacque, in 1988
Avon stein from Brazil, from Jacque, in 1987
Beer Stein from Germany, the first gift from my friend who went to Germany.
My unique Man Beer Stein who started the whole collection. I showed him here.
The little mugs in front:
The second & fourth are Toby mugs, gifts from Suzette.
The first is a little New Orleans mug we purchased while there in 1979.
The little green guy was one of the items we inherited from Mickey mother so it is a very special treasure. It came to us with a few nuts and screws in it which are still there today!!!

As always, thanks for stopping by and letting me share a few of the things that contain memories for us and decorate our little home.

  5. I remember a beer stien that my parents used to have. It had a music box on the bottom of it. We used to love winding it up to listen to the music. It makes me wonder what ever happened to it.
