I have the distinct privilege of celebrating my birthday on the day we celebrate the birth of my Lord & Savior, JESUS - Christmas - December 25th.
I thought I'd share my 7 decades with you

My first birthday - 1938
1948 - 10 years old

Our first RV trip - Seattle, Washington & Victoria, BC, Canada

July, 1998 - 60 Years Old
Taken on our 6th month traveling trip when Mickey retired and I took a 6 month leave of absence
It's been a wonderful 71 years and I look forward with anticipation to what the New Year - 2009 brings.....to The Church, to our Country, to me & my family, and to everyone of you in blogland.
71 years young is what I see in those beautiful photos my dear blogger friend......what a joy to be born on such a special day......on your birthday in 1952 I was just two months old and here we are all these lovely years along chatting on the internet.......who would have thought.

I enjoyed your picture history! All of them are so neat. I wish I had knew you when you came to Seattle..I would have loved to have met you! Maybe someday.
