SHOW & TELL #23 - Doll buggy

Here it is Friday again and Show & Tell time at Kelli's of There Is No Place Like Home. Go here and find out ALL about it, if you don't already know. Then pick something to Show and Tell us about. Put it on Mr. Linky's at Kelli's and then have a great time visiting all the other Show & Tell posts. It's such fun. Trust me!!!

Today I am showing this little wooden doll buggy that I got a couple of years ago at a garage sale. You can see I am using it to hold one of my plants. Sorry the picture is so dark. (double click on the photo and you can see it a little better)

Have a wonderful Friday as you visit the other Show & Tell postings.

You got this at a garage sale, for real? What a stroke of luck if you ask me....it's adorable, and I love how you used it to show off a plant too. Clever....I really like it.

My show n tell is shared, won't you drop by and have a candy or two?

This is such a neat show and tell. I just love old timey things...too bad that's not the decor of my house...at least not yet! The plant made an excellent use of the buggy. I wouldn't have known what to do with it. Thanks for sharing. Have a blessed day.

That is sooooo cute! I really like it and what a clever way to display it with a plant in it! I have an old doll highchair and have it in my dining room. It's fun to decorate with old childrens things!

Have a super day! Sharon

how cute. since you called it a doll buggy, it's not full size as a baby buggy? i love the look of it and i think it's perfect for a plant.

What a great idea! I often wonder what to do with things like that so I pass them up at sales.

That's adorable, Susan!

My mom has one similar, but just a tad more rusty, that she found a yard sale one time, too!

I love things like this, and wonder about the precious cargo they once held!

Dear Susan,

I adore your little white wooden doll buggy, what a great idea to disply your plants.

I really must say that I envy your US garage and yard sales! We do not have that tradition here in Germany!

Best wishes and have a wonderful week-end!

That is the sweetest little buggy.

I like the idea of using it as a planter, but I know if I had one in my home, my kitty would probably claim it as his bed!

I love your old buggy! I think it is neat that you are using it for a plant holder. I love reminders of the beauty of childhood - even long after the children are gone.

Thanks for sharing - I love your blog.

Susan, I tried to email you but it wasn't working. My mother was diagnosed with lung cancer. This makes the fourth time she's had cancer and the second time for lung cancer. She has one lung and it's in the top and bottom lobe. It's inoperable and she refuses any treatments. So please pray for Gods will to be done. She says shes ready to go, and will be glad to see the Lord and all her loved ones. Im just devastated as well my brother and two younger sisters and my brother. Pray that I can be strong for them all now. My sweet mama needs a miracle, whether it's a healing in her body or a heavenly healing. Thanks so much for your prayers. email if you get the time. @ officerswife16@aol.com. Blessings, Mikki Jo
