THE WINNER IS????
Thanks so much to the 37 of you that left me comments on my 400th post and the give away of THE SHACK to celebrate. Out of the 37 comments 30 of you wanted to be in the drawing.
I know many of you use some fancy, blog stuff that selects the winning number for you but since I don't know how to do that Mickey & I once again did it the old fashioned way. I wrote down all the 30 names on a note pad with the numbers 1 through 30. Then we made little slips of paper with the 30 numbers on them and put them in our little basket and Mickey got to mix them all up and then draw the winner.
The winning # was 13 and that was Michelle of .Franzenfam. Michelle is my sweet, young missionary wife and mother of 3 serving in South Africa. She is also a blog friend that I got to meet when she and her husband were in Tulsa last year. Please e-mail me your address Michelle and THE SHACK will soon be on it's way to you.
Wish I had 30 of them to send you each a copy :o(

How sweet that Michelle could be blessed with a gift from you.
Sorry you haven't heard a report on Mickey as of yet. Praying for peace and contentment as you wait.
Congrats, Michelle on winning "The Shack"!
I would have done the same thing - written names on paper!

Well, good for Michelle. I'm going to have to get that book in another way and read it.
Have a gerat Sunday!
I am so glad that she was the winner. She sounds just precious.
Congratulations on the winner. I enjoyed the book myself.

It couldn't be going to anyone more deserving. God bless all our missionaries.
It was sweet of you to do this Susan.
God bless you too!
Prayers for Hubby that all will be well.
Congrats to Michelle! Hope you hear something soon on Mickey's test and that the results are very favorable!
Love your hobnail glass below! I have collected the 8" plates and use them for dessert when company comes! It is such a pretty pattern! :) ~Rhonda
Congratulations to Michelle. I am sure she is thrilled! Hope you have a great week!
Hugs, Sharon
Congratulations Michelle.
Susan the words you spoke to me on my blog...that we are first called to be a wife and then a mother, they really struck me. I believe God is trying to teach me something about this. I know I haven't been the wife I should be to my dh. I've strained him and drained him emotionally. I hadn't really realized that until this last episode. I'm so glad that the Lord picked us up but I want to change/grow/learn how to be what the Lord desire for me to be to my dh. If you have any direction for me, a book, scriptures or more advice ect.. please feel free to share.
Thank-you for being there for me. Big hugs.
Congrats Michelle and what a great thing for you to do Susan!
Congrats Michelle!!!
I still like drawing names the old fashioned way - there is something I enjoy as I write each person's name!
