#52 AND COUNTING

Today is our 52nd Anniversary. I was 20 & Mickey was 25 when we were married in Flagstaff, AZ. on October 4, 1958. It was the best decision we ever made......second of course to making Jesus our Lord & Savior.

Here are previous years posts , if you care to read them: 2009, & 2008, & 2007.
Two years ago we were dealing with emergency hospital visits in Flagstaff,AZ, Grants, NM, & Oklahoma City trying to get home and Mickey having double bi-pass heart surgery. He recovered swiftly and is going full steam!! God took care of that for us.
This year we are dealing with just learning of our wonderful, beautiful, first-born daughter, Suzette, getting a diagnosis of lung cancer.......BUT God will take care of that for us, too!!!! She will be healed and have the victory and go full steam.

"For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him are Amen, through the glory of God through us." II Corinthians 1:20

How wonderful! Congratulations to you both. Fifty-two years! I was one year old when you were married. I love that.

Congratulations. If Kathy and I are married that long we will have to live to be almost a hundred. What a blessing the few who fight for their marriage are to the rest of us. We are praying for your daughter. Just to let you know that the computer in our home remains down. Should be up tomorrow...or the next day... I hope! Both of us have had much less time here lately... which might be a good thing actually. I sit in Pittsburgh in the wee hours as I write this on my notebook. Anyway, I can't say what a blessing you two are to us. We hope to see you face to face in the not so distant future.

Oh my goodness! I remember that trip home! Congratulations - what an amazing journey you are on! I LOVE it! Mine, I'm sure, will not last as long, but may it be as precious and sweet!

Love to you!
