BY ME KINGS REIGN............

"By me kings reign, and princes decree justice. By me princes rule, and nobles, even all the judges of the earth. I love them that love me: and those that seek me early shall find me." Proverbs 8:15

I pray, if you are reading this blog, you already know The Lord. If you do not, I pray you seek Him early so that you shall find him. For us who call Him Lord, we know how important it is for us to read and KNOW God's Word and the prophecies.

God is sovereign!!!!!

The people in the Old Testament wanted a King, and would not listen to God, so God gave them their King. Soloman wrote, "The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall b done; and there is no new thing under the sun". Ecclesiastes 1:9

Get out of debt...start simplifying your life...live a frugal life style...and start now.

Rely on and trust God and keep your eyes on JESUS!!!

The true and soon returning King.

I had this comment from a Darian Hickman this morning

"I heard from a friend that attended the Call in San Diego that you prophesied McCain would win? Are you going to admit that you heard wrong publicly? "

Darian, I am not a prophet and I did not make any prophesy. My call was for God's people to pray. Now that the election is over my call is still for God's people to pray daily for Our Country, Our President, Our Vice President, and The Church.

Good words, Susan. I'm still trying to put words together, mine are not as sweet as yours. I hardly slept last night and I refuse to turn on the TV today.

Let's not forget to weep for all the more babies that will be senselessly murdered under his administration. It literally makes my heart hurt at the total disregard for life that was displayed by the American people in electing this man. Yet, I will pray for him and for our nation, because at the end of the day, we ALL need God's mercy and grace.

But you are right Susan.. God is sovereign, otherwise we would have reason to despair.

I was so disappointed last night, but still know and believe my hope is in Him. It grieves me that a little more than half of our nation were swayed by charisma and eloquence, and especially the born-again Christians who were swayed that way, laying aside the Word, and moralality and righteousness. Jesus said, I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. What part of that is so hard to comprehend?
God bless, Susan.

I'm with Yellow Rose Arbor - I will be watching very little news in the future - I have a hard time listening to that man. But I will be praying. Very well said, Susan!

Great Words today Susan we need to tighten up and be looking for him to come.

Yep, I wrote something similar...prepare prepare prepare...and mind you that millions of innocent babies were aborted under the Bush administration too.

We must pray and look to His return.

Susan, the thing that scares me a little is that God also said about that king he gave the Israelites:

"When that day comes, you will cry out for relief from the king you have chosen, and the LORD will not answer you in that day." (1 sam 8:18)

However, I can't do anything about it, so I'm just gonna keep praying! May God use him for great things, 'cause God can use anything. :)

We still vote Jesus as King! :)

ps - glad you like the "follow me as I follow Him" - I can't take credit for it, I saw it somewhere but am not sure where.

Thanks for these words, Susan. I haven't been able to find the words to post yet. I have to get my heart where it needs to be, I suppose.

Great thoughts Susan! I'm so glad this election is over, now we Christians have lots of work to do!

Susan, your thought on the people praying for a king was exactly what I posted about right before going to bed last night!

The only consolation is that this might make many of- myself included- more prayerful than ever before...and maybe make more of a conscience stand for righteousness and the unborn...

I'm praying so much for the president elect...my own attitude...and our nation.

Hugs,
~Tammy

Susan, I will be and am praying for Obama, his family, and our country.

Sorry to hear you have had some misunderstandings with one of your readers. My goodness, why the hostility on a blog he chooses to come over to and read?

Nicely put, Susan. I am so disappointed in the outcome of this election I just wanted to scream. But realize that God is all knowing, we need to be on our knees for this President. I am still holding out for miracles to happen.

We do need to pray. The Word tells us so: 1 Timothy 2:1-3 “I urge then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone – for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts so well.
