Random Dozen #3
Time for a little casual fun post today.
1. Do you prefer even or odd numbers? Any particular reason? Even - say, I like things balanced and "even"!!!
2. On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being "not at all" and 10 being Carly Simon-worthy, how vain are you? I would hope a 1
3. Among these Irish stereotypes, with which do you identify most closely? Talkative, Proud, Inquisitive, Love to party, Hot-tempered Talkative - just look at my Penless Writing!!! Talking!!!
4. How lucky do you consider yourself? Don't believe in or like luck. The word actually comes from the word Lucifer. I do consider myself highely blessed of the Lord.
5. What is the subject of your favorite post that you've written? #1 my Lord #2 my family
6. Describe March weather where you live in three words. Pleasant and transitioning into wonderful Spring. (Oops 6 not 3 - See #3 above!!!)
7. How apt are you at detecting blarney when you hear it? (Smooth talk, flattery) Very
8. How "green" are you, environmentally speaking? On a 1-10 scale - Probably a 4.
9. What is your favorite song this week? "I can only imagine."
10. You are walking along and see a coin on the ground. What denomination does it have to be before you will stop to pick it up? A penney I save them for my grandkids account.
11. Complete the sentence: "Every time I look outside my window ...." I'm grateful for my lovely, big, treed back yard and my husband who keeps it looking so nice.
12. What was the #1 song on the day you were born? See this site to find out. It didn't go back far enough to pick up my birth year!!!!!

These are cute, Susan. We're really getting to know you. I would pick up a penny too, but if it's dirty and yucky I probably wouldn't, lol. I particularly like your No. 4.
Your favorite song this week is one of my all time favorites!
Loved reading your list.
Suppose there is lots of work in keeping the back yard treed and wonderful to look at!
Love your answers. Look forward to reading more about you.
I would pick up any coin. I heard that if you pick up a coin that means that GOD has given you a blessing today. I don't want to pass that up.
Thanks for sharing it lets us know you better.
Loved this! I learned a couple of new things about you today. I would say you're "greener" than you think you are though. :)
Debbie
I always enjoy reading these and getting to know you better. And I enjoy your sense of humor that comes through in them!
I'm afraid my "everytime I look out the window" sentence would be depressing because I still see snow! ;)
Your #6 cracked me right up and your #11 was sweet!
Enjoyed your answers! Love the song "I Can Only Imagine". I was teasing my hubby cause his year was not listed either. He didn't find the humor in it. lol. Thanks for sharing.
until next time... nel
I was taught that a penny saved is a penny earned. I pick up pennies.
Enjoyed your answers Susan. Posted my answers <a href="http://www.kansasbob.com/>on my blog</a>. Have a great day!
What fun. I'll have to do that sometime on my blog.
Fun answers - I need to do this Random 12 meme one of these weeks!
Haha! I liked your #6!
Enjoyed reading your answers. I also love the song "I Can Only Imagine". I can remember the time and place I first heard this song. I wanted to get up out of my seat and shout with joy! I had to somewhat control myself though, as we were eating fish at a Captin D's resturant and it was being played over the intercome system on a secular radio station! LOL!
Back following. Think I've gotten my blog woes figured out. Using my first name and last initial.
Hello dear Susan:-)
Enjoyed reading your answers to the questions! Had never heard of the word "luck" being related to Lucifer so that's a new one to me. I'll have to look into that one! lol
Hope your weekend is going well my friend. xoxo
I pick up pennies, too! every penny counts!
love you!
Just checking to see if you're doing okay...you haven't posted in awhile or left any comments on my blog. :D
