CHEMOTHERAPY

I am copying my post from my prayer blog earlier this morning, about our daughter, Suzette, because I know that many of you who read Penless Writer are also praying for her and for us. That is such an encouragement and blessing to Mickey & I personally and our entire family. We VALUE you and your prayers. We know that God hears each and every prayer and petition that is offered up to Him.

Suzette starts her chemo treatments this morning at 7:30. She is scheduled for one a month for the next 6 months. After two months and two treatments they will run a CT scan to check the results.

The prayer we ask for today and as we move forward is: 1) That the treatment itself goes well - 2) for each and every medical personnel who will be involved during this 6 month period - 3) that she have NO adverse side effects - 4) strength for ALL of us as we begin this phase of this journey - 5) that the tumor begin to IMMEDIATELY decrease - 6) that we be good witnesses for HIM, our Lord and Savior, in every word, deed and thought - 7) that HIS plans and purposes for ALL of us be accomplished through this trial of our faith - 8) total victory over this lung cancer -9) glory and honor brought to our Lord and Savior every step of our journey and many lives touched & 10 - TOTAL VICTORY AND THE CANCER GONE.
